We deliver in Romania via Fan Courier and internationally via DHL (2-4 working days depending on the country). For shipping prices please contact us by email at office@monavulpoiu.com. Delivery times for pieces in stock are: – 1-3 working days for Romania, from the moment the courier picks up the package – 2-4 working days for other countries, from the moment the courier picks up the package For items that are custom made or pieces that are out of stock and must be manufactured in special sizes, the approximate production time is between 2-8 weeks. Shipping time is added after that. After receiving your order, we will keep you informed of the status of the order. After your order is ready, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number

RETURNS

According to art. 4, lit. b of the Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, the consumer has the right to notify monavulpoiu.com that he is canceling the purchase, within 14 working days of receiving the product. In order to ensure that your return is processed as soon as possible, we recommend that you also send us an email to let us know you would like an exchange or refund. The return of the products will be done at the customer’s expense, using the same transport service that the shipment was made. UTOPIC will refund the value of the order in no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Also, the returned amount does not include the commissions related to the bank transfer or the transport. This doesn’t include products that: • are custom made • were distinctly personalized at the consumer’s request • shows traces of impact, damage, wear • they have been unsealed and no longer have the original packaging intact, with all the accessories and the label intact. • are placed by any means in a condition unsuitable for resale • any product purchased with payment on delivery!! For products picked up by the buyer directly from the store, since the buyer has the opportunity to check the product directly, the return conditions provided in this section do not apply. For notifications or complaints related to the purchased product, buyers can contact us in writing at office@monavulpoiu.com The maximum term for resolving complaints or notifications is 30 calendar days from their receipt.

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope or box. The jewellery is packaged in a wood box, which is protected by tissue paper. If the recipient and shipping address is different to those of the person who placed the order, we will assume that the order is a gift and a receipt will not be included in the package. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact us directly.
All gift vouchers will be sent in a thick paper envelope.
